Train Derailment Victims Object To Paul Hastings Hiring

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 7:33 PM EST) -- The estates of 46 people killed in a train derailment objected Tuesday to the appointment of Paul Hastings LLP as counsel for an official victims committee in Montreal Maine & Atlantic Railway Ltd.’s bankruptcy, saying the firm's representation of World Fuel Services Corp. created a conflict of interest.
