Fla. Appeals Court Backs Insurer In Rare Late-Notice Case

Law360, New York (February 5, 2014, 4:32 PM EST) -- A Florida appeals court gave an insurer another shot at fighting coverage in an injury suit against a club, shedding light Tuesday on how Florida courts should tackle cases where a policyholder has provided prompt notice of a claim but late notice of a resulting lawsuit.
