Fed. Circ. Affirms T-Mobile's Win In Wireless Patent Suit

Law360, San Francisco (February 5, 2014, 5:31 PM EST) -- The Federal Circuit on Wednesday affirmed a Texas federal court's decision to toss Calypso Wireless Inc.'s lawsuit accusing T-Mobile USA Inc. of infringing a patent for technology that switches a wireless device between mobile Internet service and Wi-Fi.

After hearing oral argument on Calypso's appeal Monday, the appeals court quickly delivered its one-word order without comment, court records show.
