DC Appeals Court Finalizes Property Tax Lien Redemptions

Court of Appeals on Thursday adopted a final framework for property redemptions in the nation's capital, handing victory to a property tax lien purchasing company in its lengthy legal battle with Washington, D.C., over when property is technically redeemed.
