DHS Must Improve Border Protection Upgrades, GAO Says

Law360, Washington (February 6, 2014, 6:16 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Homeland Security needs to step up its efforts to implement two programs modernizing key border enforcement systems, after management problems have led to delays and possible cost overruns, a senior U.S. Government Accountability Office staffer told lawmakers Thursday.
