7th Circ. Nixes Ind. Police Officers' Race Bias Suits

Law360, New York (February 6, 2014, 4:42 PM EST) -- The Seventh Circuit clarified Tuesday that disparate impact claims may be based on any employment policy, not just a neutral policy, but nonetheless nixed race bias claims brought by black police officers and firefighters against the city of Indianapolis.
