MotionPoint Tries To Duck $1M Patent Verdict, Injunction

Law360, San Francisco (February 6, 2014, 9:11 PM EST) -- MotionPoint Corp. on Thursday urged a California federal judge to overturn a $1 million jury verdict against it and reject an injunction request in a dispute over a TransPerfect Global Inc. website-translation patent, arguing TransPerfect hadn't shown the patented feature drove customer demand.
