Eyeing Chapter 11 Emergence, ATA Adds Routes, Flights

Law360, New York (January 23, 2006, 12:00 AM EST) -- 33-year-old ATA Airlines expects to emerge from Chapter 11 protection, add four new routes, and increase flights to Hawaii, its signature leisure destination, the company said Monday.

"With this announcement, we return to one of the core strengths on which ATA was built — leisure travel — while growing in a market that has been historically successful for our company," chief executive John Denison said in a statement.
