Watchdog Report On IRS Scrutiny Was Flawed, Lawmakers Say
In an open letter dated Wednesday, the congressmen say that Treasury Inspector General for Tax Administration J. Russell George met in secret with Republicans and cut Democrats out of his office's communication with lawmakers. The congressmen, Reps.
