French Court Rejects Google Bid To Nix Privacy Fine Notice

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 3:18 PM EST) -- A French judge on Friday rejected Google Inc.'s bid to suspend an order requiring it to post a notice on the French version of its website disclosing a recent €150,000 ($204,000) fine issued by the country's data protection authority over allegedly unlawful privacy policy changes.
