Quest Can't Dodge Calif. Law Claims In Antitrust Suit

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 6:16 PM EST) -- A California federal judge on Thursday tossed the competition claims from a suit accusing Quest Diagnostics Inc. of offering insurers unlawful incentives to reject its rivals, but he let the case proceed in a narrower form, leaving intact allegations that Quest engaged in predatory pricing.
