Solar Group Blasts New US Trade Duty Cases Against China

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 4:07 PM EST) -- A U.S. solar industry group said Thursday that recent anti-dumping and countervailing duty petitions lodged by SolarWorld AG have worsened a trade dispute between the U.S. and China that could threaten the future of American solar energy.
