Liew Wants Charges Over Stolen DuPont Trade Secrets Cut

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 5:20 PM EST) -- USA Performance Technology Inc. founder Walter Liew pressed a California federal judge on Thursday to acquit him on more than half the charges he's facing, in a case where he and others are accused of stealing DuPont Co. trade secrets and selling them to the Chinese government.
