High Court Asked To Hear $500M LexisNexis Arbitration Battle

Law360, New York (February 7, 2014, 6:34 PM EST) -- A Texas lawyer asked the U.S. Supreme Court last week to reconsider the Sixth Circuit’s ruling that he can’t bring a $500 million class arbitration against Reed Elsevier Inc. and its LexisNexis division for allegedly selling deficient software that failed to safeguard against subscriber surcharges.
