Ashurst Pilots Sunsuper's $214M Vacation Co. Takeover

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 2:17 PM EST) -- Australian superannuation fund Sunsuper will acquire the remaining 70 percent stake in vacation park company Discovery Holiday Parks from a group of Australian private equity firms in a deal valued at AU$240 million ($214 million), the company announced Monday.
