'Too Cute' Yoga Teacher Can't Show Bias, Ex-Bosses Say

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 7:23 PM EST) -- Even if a yoga instructor could prove that she was fired because her ex-Playboy Playmate boss feared her husband found the teacher “too cute,” she doesn't have a gender bias case because the law doesn't protect against terminations based on jealousy, the couple told a New York court last month.
