Appeals Court Affirms Age Bias Verdict Against Austin

Law360, Dallas (February 10, 2014, 2:33 PM EST) -- A Texas appeals court on Friday affirmed a jury verdict that found an Austin police department consolidation disparately impacted a group of more than 30 older workers by stripping them of their rank and years of service.
