US Trade Rep Says TPP Will Raise Labor Standards

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 6:00 PM EST) -- The U.S. Trade Representative's office on Saturday defended against criticisms that labor unions don't have a strong enough hand in shaping U.S. trade policy, and said negotiations like those for the Trans-Pacific Partnership offer a chance to improve global labor practices.
