Urban Outfitters Says OneBeacon Must Cover Privacy Row

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 4:59 PM EST) -- OneBeacon America Insurance Co. must indemnify Urban Outfitters Inc. for a slew of class actions over the use of credit card ZIP codes, the retailer told a Pennsylvania court Friday, arguing that the underlying allegations involve customers' right to privacy.
