Law360, Los Angeles (February 10, 2014, 7:04 PM EST) -- In a rare ruling, a Massachusetts federal judge on Thursday vacated a Financial Industry Regulatory Authority Inc. arbitration panel's $636,000 award to a former Raymond James Financial Services Inc. broker who claimed he was wrongly terminated because of alleged alcohol abuse, finding the panel ignored the relevant statute of limitations.
