Morgan Stanley Whistleblower Says Dodd-Frank Is Retroactive

Law360, New York (February 10, 2014, 8:08 PM EST) -- The Dodd-Frank Act ban on whistleblower retaliation applies to conduct before the law was signed in July 2010, a Morgan Stanley & Co. Inc. audit specialist said Monday, urging a New York federal court to keep his suit against the bank alive.
