Pa. Court Asked To Void $20M Award For Bulldozer Mishap

Law360, Philadelphia (February 11, 2014, 3:47 PM EST) -- A jury’s failure to find contributory negligence before awarding $20 million to a man whose leg was run over by a bulldozer operated by a 10-year-old boy warrants a new trial, a Pennsylvania state judge said in an opinion lodged Monday with the state’s Superior Court.
