Lehman Reaches Settlement In $382M Tax Dispute

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 5:12 PM EST) -- Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. on Monday asked a New York bankruptcy judge to approve a settlement to resolve a claim by the Internal Revenue Service over $382 million in allegedly illegal tax credits the former global investment bank received between 1999 and 2004.
