ETP Claims Enbridge Offered $207M To End Pipeline Spat

Law360, Dallas (February 11, 2014, 10:12 PM EST) -- Energy Transfer Partners LP’s senior vice president told a Texas jury on Tuesday that he had worked for more than a month to reach a $207 million to $550 million settlement with Enbridge USA Inc. that would end Enbridge’s involvement in a breach of contract suit over a failed pipeline deal.
