EEOC, Extended Stay Hotels Settle Pay Bias Suit

Law360, New York (February 11, 2014, 10:03 PM EST) -- The operator of Extended Stay Hotels LLC settled a potential class action with the U.S. Equal Employment Opportunity Commission in Maryland federal court on Tuesday, resolving claims that the company had paid female receptionists less than their male counterparts.
