Pepper Hamilton Barred From Defamation Row Due To Conflict

Law360, Philadelphia (February 11, 2014, 5:59 PM EST) -- The Pennsylvania Superior Court on Tuesday barred Pepper Hamilton LLP from representing the Philadelphia Inquirer’s parent company in a defamation suit brought by a union leader and erstwhile political candidate who the firm had previously counseled in a related federal corruption probe.
