Oppenheimer PE Fund Whistleblower Sues For Retaliation

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 6:55 PM EST) -- An anonymous former Oppenheimer & Co. Inc. employee has sued the firm in New York federal court for allegedly firing him in retaliation after he blew the whistle on a scheme to inflate the value of a private equity fund.
