Ex-Clyde & Co. Atty Must Arbitrate Firing Suit, Judge Says

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 4:43 PM EST) -- A former Clyde & Co. LLP attorney who alleges the firm violated his right of publicity and falsely accused him of overbilling an aviation insurer must arbitrate his $6 million wrongful termination claim, a New York state judge ordered Tuesday.
