Dems Want E-Cigs Placed Under Tobacco Master Settlement

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 7:01 PM EST) -- Democratic lawmakers from California, Vermont and Iowa pushed the attorneys general of their states on Wednesday to place electronic cigarettes under the 1998 master settlement agreement with tobacco companies, in order to prohibit kid-friendly advertisements for the products.
