Texas Justices Urged To Let $21M Exxon Royalty Suit Proceed

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 7:40 PM EST) -- Royalty owners who claim they were duped into selling oil and gas interests for less than they were worth on Monday urged the Texas Supreme Court to allow litigation in their $21 million oil royalty dispute with Exxon Mobil Corp. to move forward after they were granted a new trial on appeal.
