Faruqi Can't Withhold Pay Data In Sex Harassment Suit

Law360, Los Angeles (February 12, 2014, 4:21 PM EST) -- A New York federal judge on Tuesday rejected Faruqi & Faruqi LLP’s request to dodge a requirement to disclose attorney compensation at the firm to a former associate who is suing the firm for sexual harassment, finding that the discovery order could uncover information important to the case.
