Pa.-NY Pipeline's Enviro Impact Can Be Reduced, FERC Says

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 5:57 PM EST) -- Federal regulators found Wednesday that Cabot Oil & Gas Corp. and Williams Partners LP's plan to build a nearly 125-mile natural gas pipeline from Pennsylvania to New York would have little effect on the environment if the proper steps are taken.
