Pemex Can't Revive Gas Theft Claim Against Plains

Law360, Dallas (February 12, 2014, 8:18 PM EST) -- A Texas federal judge on Tuesday denied a request to revive a conversion claim Mexico’s national petroleum company, Pemex, asserted against a Plains All American Pipeline LP unit accused of buying natural gas condensate stolen from Pemex pipelines by drug cartels.
