Nomadix Claims It's Being Shut Out Of IBahn's Ch. 11 Sale

Law360, Wilmington (February 12, 2014, 7:58 PM EST) -- Nomadix Inc., a network gateway company that sued bankrupt hotel Internet provider iBahn Corp. for patent infringement before it filed for Chapter 11 protection, objected Wednesday to the debtor's proposed stalking horse auction, claiming it's being shut out of the process.
