Friedman Schuman Escapes Race Bias Suit In 3rd Circ.

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 6:40 PM EST) -- The Third Circuit Wednesday threw out a legal secretary’s racial discrimination lawsuit against Pennsylvania law firm Friedman Schuman Applebaum Nemeroff & McCaffery PC, finding she could not prove discriminatory motives and offered no rebuttal to the firm’s claim that it fired her for performance.
