FCC Chairman Promises Net Neutrality Action

Law360, New York (February 12, 2014, 6:20 PM EST) -- The U.S. Federal Communications Commission will soon outline how it proposes to preserve net neutrality in the wake of a D.C. Circuit decision that struck down the current regime, commission Chairman Tom Wheeler said Monday.
