Notre Dame Asks 7th Circ. For Birth Control Waiver

Law360, Chicago (February 12, 2014, 7:07 PM EST) -- The University of Notre Dame pressed the Seventh Circuit on Wednesday for an exemption from the contraception coverage mandate under the Affordable Care Act, arguing that the government's procedure for opting out of the mandate still requires it to compromise its Roman Catholic beliefs.
