10th Circ. Told J&J Pelvic Mesh Suits Belong In State Court

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 4:24 PM EST) -- The Tenth Circuit should uphold a lower court’s decision to remand nearly a dozen negligence and design-defect suits against Johnson & Johnson over its pelvic mesh products because they don’t qualify as a mass action under the Class Action Fairness Act, the American Association for Justice argued Tuesday.
