Avon Says FCPA Settlement Could Reach $132M

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 11:55 AM EST) -- Avon Products Inc. could pay up to $132 million to settle Foreign Corrupt Practices Act investigations by U.S. civil and criminal authorities, the beauty products company said Thursday.

Avon, which offered to pay $12 million to settle the probes in June only to see its proposal rejected, revealed its latest estimate in an SEC filing.
