DOJ Seeks To Unwind Bazaarvoice's PowerReviews Buy

Law360, Los Angeles (February 12, 2014, 10:10 PM EST) -- The U.S. Department of Justice asked a California federal judge Wednesday to order social media marketing company Bazaarvoice Inc. to sell all the assets it acquired when it merged with former rival PowerReviews Inc. as a remedy for Bazaarvoice's alleged antitrust violations.
