Chemical Co. Solvay Hit With NJ Water Contamination Suit

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 8:28 PM EST) -- Solvay America Inc., U.S. subsidiary of Belgian chemical company Solvay SA, on Monday was hit with a liability suit in New Jersey federal court filed by three families who say their water supply is being contaminated by Solvay's manufacturing site, and that Solvay has done little to nothing to rectify the issue.
