Suit Seeks OT Pay For Prudential Associates

Law360, New York (March 24, 2008, 12:00 AM EDT) -- A former Prudential employee in California has filed a proposed class action against the company, seeking back pay for overtime hours that he claims the company owes him and other financial sales associates.

Plaintiff Jim Wang filed the suit Thursday in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of California against Newark, N.J.-based Prudential Financial Inc. and its insurance division, The Prudential Insurance Co. of America.
