Tronox Trust Says Anadarko Owes $21B In Enviro Liabilities

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 4:56 PM EST) -- A Tronox Inc. litigation trust on Wednesday told a bankruptcy court that its former parent, Anadarko Petroleum Co.-owned Kerr-McGee Corp., owes $20.8 billion in damages — $6.7 billion more than what a judge proposed — relating to environmental liabilities it saddled Tronox with through a spinoff.
