Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 5:02 PM EST) -- Federal prosecutors on Thursday appealed a two-month probation sentence imposed on billionaire Beanie Babies creator H. Ty Warner, after he was convicted of evading over $5 million in taxes by using a Swiss bank account.
