JPML Nixes Cargill's Truvia Suits Consolidation Attempt

Law360, New York (February 13, 2014, 6:38 PM EST) -- The U.S. Judicial Panel on Multidistrict Litigation said Wednesday it will not consolidate four proposed class actions alleging Cargill Inc. misleadingly labels and markets its Truvia sweetener products as “natural,” finding the cases may end up being transferred to one location anyway.
