Fla. Pharmacy Chain On Its Own In TCPA Suit, Insurer Says

Law360, Chicago (February 14, 2014, 1:37 PM EST) -- Maryland Casualty Co. sued in Florida federal court on Tuesday to avoid covering a Tampa-area pharmacy chain’s defense of a proposed class action over junk faxes, raising a variety of defenses to coverage, including that it received late notice of the underlying lawsuit.
