Law360, Houston (February 14, 2014, 2:39 PM EST) -- A group of oil and gas development companies launched a new round of litigation Wednesday alleging a Corpus Christi, Texas, investor and her lawyer improperly tried to seize the businesses to satisfy a $31 million arbitration award.
