IBRC Urges Bankruptcy Approval Of $5.8M Tampa Deal

Law360, Wilmington (February 14, 2014, 10:21 PM EST) -- Irish Bank Resolution Corp. urged a Delaware bankruptcy judge Friday to bless a $5.75 million deal with the Tampa Port Authority that would wind up its involvement in Channelside Bay Plaza in Tampa, Fla., while a real estate developer argued the court should instead consider its own higher offer.
