Opposition May Delay Persuader Rule, Ex-DOL Vet Says

Law360, New York (February 14, 2014, 8:34 PM EST) -- A groundswell of opposition to the U.S. Department of Labor's controversial persuader regulations may delay their issuance beyond the current March target date, a DOL veteran who recently stepped down as the agency's second-in-command told Law360 on Thursday.
