General Dynamics Unit Wins Saudi Contract Worth Up To $13B

Law360, Los Angeles (February 14, 2014, 3:31 PM EST) -- A Canadian unit of defense contractor General Dynamics Corp. on Friday announced it had won a 14-year contract worth up to $13 billion to supply armored vehicles, associated equipment, training and support to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The deal between General Dynamics Land Systems-Canada and Saudi Arabia was facilitated by Canadian Commercial Corp., which helps domestic exporters access foreign government procurement markets through government-to-government contracting.
